Pam Lundin has 12 years of experience in the property management industry.  She began her career with the company managing Garden Square Apartments in St. Cloud, MN.  Thanks to Pam’s leadership and outstanding performance, Garden Square was awarded the Community of the Year award for 2009.  Since then, Pam has been promoted to Timberland Point and Timberland Crossing, a combined community consisting of 318 apartment homes, also in St. Cloud.  Pam has a professional, yet caring attitude, and a no-nonsense approach to solving problems for our residents.  She focuses on customer service continuously, builds a cohesive team, and understands every facet of the multi-housing industry.  Her integrity and work ethic are obvious, and she takes pride in making Timberland Point and Timberland Crossing a great place to live.  She's a terrific asset to the company and we appreciate her hard work, dedication, and caring attitude.

Juan is not an average service technician.  His infectious smile and desire to provide outstanding customer service make Juan an “A Team” player. He takes pride in his work and has a no band-aid approach to property maintenance. The residents of Springfield at Ballpark Way love Juan’s passion for detail and his kind spirit.  No job is too big or too small.  Juan is not only willing to work hard; he knows how to work smart and takes pride in getting the job done right, the first time.  He always has a positive attitude regardless of the circumstances.  Juan is the winner of Timberland Partners’s most prestigious award, the A.C.E. (Achieving Company Excellence) Award, given out annually to team members who are recognized for their character, talent, and work ethic.  This is the highest honor offered by Timberland Partners and only two are awarded per year.  Congratulations to Juan and many thanks for his hard work!

Christina Conroy came to Timberland Partners with no experience in the apartment industry.  Within a few short months she became an incredibly valuable team member to The Pines of Cloverlane.  She demonstrates energy, optimism and personal ownership in all that she does.  Christina is willing to stay late or come in early if her residents or teammates need her, always with a smile and a great attitude.  Without being asked, she immediately mentors new team members to ensure the best possible customer service.  Christina’s hard work, talent, and character earned her the annual Timberland Partners A.C.E. Award, the highest honor one can achieve within the company.  In May, she was one of only two individuals to receive this honor.  We congratulate Christina, and look forward to her future in our company.
