Jaxen Living

The Jaxen Living platform was born from an assessment of the most acute need in the US rental housing stock – namely, high-quality basic housing. Building designs are simple and repeatable, while units are still furnished with stainless steel appliances, LVT flooring, and other quality finishes. Each project is also built with a variety of community amenities including clubhouse with a resort-style pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, and other resident common areas. The local community ultimately gains a highly desirable apartment project with attainable rental rates.
