Chief Investment Officer
Matt joined Timberland in 2007 and oversees all acquisition, disposition and financing activities, including sourcing, underwriting, market analysis and due diligence for new property acquisitions. Matt graduated from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado-Boulder with an emphasis in Finance.
As an Acquisition Specialist, Aaron identifies and analyzes real estate markets to underwrite potential value-add acquisition candidates by critiquing historical operating statements and projecting income and expenses. He is responsible for arranging financing, analyzing due diligence materials, preparing asset management strategy and communications with investors. Aaron has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin Madison with double majors in Real Estate and Operations Technology.
As an Acquisition Specialist, Brad is responsible for creating new investment opportunities for our partners by sourcing and analyzing new and existing real estate markets and underwriting potential property acquisitions. With each new acquisition, he leads the due diligence process, develops the business plan for the property, coordinates all efforts for closing and plays an active role as the Asset Manager once the property is acquired. Prior to joining Timberland, Brad worked in real estate development, asset management, and commercial real estate lending. Brad graduated from the University of St. Thomas with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Business Communications.
Finance and Acquisition Specialist
As a Finance and Acquisition Specialist, Mike supports the underwriting and due diligence of potential investments, asset management, disposition and financing activity. Prior to joining Timberland Partners in 2018, Mike spent over nine years at Kimberly Clark, where he worked in a variety of finance roles. Mike has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin Madison, with double majors in Finance and Real Estate.
